Selling your home is one of those things, you cannot skimp on. The 1% 2% fee difference is well worth it. Me being associated with data, I did a lot of research on many local agents and settled with Sujatha because the numbers clearly showed the chances of selling our home in our area would be higher if we go with her. Sujatha was very engaged from the get go. She help us prep the home well and had all the suggestions and resources for helping us set this up. She came to our home multiple times to advice on what needs to go/stay and how things should be laid out. Once the home went on sale, we got the home looked at the first day and had an offer the same night. In fact Sujatha made sure, the offer we got was 5k higher than asking price. Any discounts we would have gotten from anywhere else, if we had to sell below listing price for eg. would be money lost much worse than any discounts. While selling, it's really worth it to go with the best. Sujatha is extremely knowledgeable and know market trends very well. She helped us lease our home for 2 years by selecting right tenant to listing and selling it to right new home buyer. With pandemic, it was unimaginable to get home ready to sell with us not being on same coast however she worked wonders. She is very resourceful and took care of finding contractors, getting fixes done, taking care of inspections and finding right lawyer who can work with our needs without being on site even once.
